Rhumsiki, is a village found in the Far North Region of Cameroon located in the Mandara Mountains 55 km (34 mi) from Mokolo and 3 km from the border with Nigeria. The village is similar to many others in northern Cameroon. The inhabitants of Kapsiki ethnic group, live in small beautiful houses built from local stone, and clay and topped with thatched or concrete roofs; these homes identically spread throughout the village given it an incredible and spectacular view. Nevertheless, Rhumsiki is one of Cameroon’s most popular tourist attractions and “the most touristic place in northern Cameroon. Settlers here are mostly Fulanis with main activity agriculture.
